By the beginning of 2020, LEA was selected to participate in INTED2020, one of the largest international education conferences that took place on 2-4 March 2020, in Spain.
For this event, the LEA team prepared a paper entitled “Innovation Procurement: An analysis and discussion towards an innovative educational system”.
The full paper is now available for consultation on the INTED2020 Proceedings Platform. In this paper, we explore the approach and work pursued by the LEA project and debate how public procurement may help the education system to achieve better results, aiming at contributing to the awareness on these instruments by all the stakeholders involved in the educational system. In addition to providing an overview of innovation procurement instruments and their advantages and constraints, the paper also offers a list of useful references where interested parties may find further information.
