Expert's Background
I work across a range of European sustainable, innovation and circular procurement projects, including co-authoring the European Commission's "Public Procurement for a Circular Economy" brochure, its "Making Socially Responsible Public Procurement Work" collection, and supporting public procurement practitioners through the EC's Helpdesk for Green Public Procurement. I hold an MSc Environmental Governance from the University of Freiburg and a MA Geography from the University of Edinburgh. Before joining ICLEI, I worked for the Scottish Council for Development and Industry, with a particular focus on the circular economy, skills development, and procurement reform.
