Ellinor Wallin (LEA partner organisation EU Projektkunsult) will speak about Pre-Commercial Procurement: challenges faced by regions and cities. Before and after this workshop, there will be private support and Q&A sessions available with LEA experts on the topics of PCP and PPI.
